February 22 Badminton Story (6)Today, I twisted my ankle. This is the third time I hurt my ankle in these three years. There are many reasons. The important one is that I forget the limits of my body. I am very satisfied with my performance in this weekend. There is no double that I am in good form. Therefore, I beat some teammates, who have a high-level of performance. It will give me the chances to play at high levels. I must admit that I got a little carried away during the badminton game. It was very dangerous. The good performance made me more confident of my technique and physical fitness, and so I began to try to challenge my limits. Therefore, my ankle was injured though it was not very badly. At this moment, I am still very happy though I have to face more injury anxiety because I have done my best in this stage. The badminton court is my stage. Playing badminton seems to be a kind of addiction for me. When I stand on the badminton court, I will be focused on the game and forget all my annoyance. It can help me to release the pressure. I will concentrate on my rehabilitation next two weeks and never give up. September 13 羽球记事(五)今天早上有一场球。每周六早上都很早,三年了,发觉自己不知不觉就坚持下来了。今天来了一个新人,和他打了一场球。我对自己的实力一直没有太大的信心。想不到赢得还是挺轻松的。奥运会的时候不知道是谁说的:“胜利是靠艰苦的训练和伤病堆出来的。”我其实很业余,但是仍然感同身受。这不,早上为了救一个球,身体重心飞出去装上了簸箕。左边手肘和膝盖擦破一点皮,没事儿。白色的运动短裤割破了,有点心疼,毕竟伴随我征战三年,见证了我成长。此外,要重新买一根发带。原来有一根网球发带很好用,但是因为是她送我的,所以现在不戴了,变得。还有两根太窄,吸汗不太好。正在考虑是不是要把头发给剪了。今天的状态很不错,全身每个部分都很好,不管是膝盖、腰腹,还是我的右手。人很放松,收放自如,容易打出好球。今天救到了几个看似不可能的球,虽然重心没了,但是有搭档的掩护,还是得分了。很开心,这项的运动就是这样,没有什么不可能,只等水到渠成。再说说技术。突然发现自己的技术好像细腻了不少,无论是网前的搓球,还是上手或下手的钩对角。总之控球更有把握了。步伐方面还需要加强。二次反应不好,所以很容易被对方的假动作欺骗。身体素质非常重要。发现自己的下肢力量不够强。特别是左脚,很多时候出力不够,容易撑不住。其实这是很危险的,容易受伤。然后是战术。目前自己的打法还是以强攻为主。其实这样的打法效率不高,对体力的要求也高。因为最近技术有一点长进,正在考虑慢慢改变自己的打法。现在看来,拉吊结合突击的打法其实最有效率。以前不能打是因为自己的出球稳定性不好,持久战能力很差。只能用强攻速战速决,所以每个回合的拍数都不多。所谓拉吊结合突击,以我的理解就是用拉吊把对手拉开,赢得主动的同时,把握机会进攻。但是这种打法对自身的技术稳定性很高,首先自己不能失误。然后就是要耐心,不要着急,打好每一拍。不要抛弃,不放弃。体育精神对于我的生活还是很有帮助,特别是精神状态好多了。 |
